Terms, Conditions And Ligal:

. At the time of order of project, 50% of total project cost must be paid in advance by cheque.
.25% of total project cost has to pay during development, and remaining 25% has to pay at the time of delivery/uploading /installation.
Hardware problems will not be covered in support of SIHITECH.
.Any computer-data loss (in our software, if backup is not taken by client) is not our responsibility.
.If client wants to get modify the software after Order/Development, client has to pay extra charges for it.
.Any additional changes/modification, besides the software description,  will be charged as per changes and will be inform to user in accordingly about the cost.
.Date of delivery/installation or time duration of development  can be changed due to any reason or situation; client cannot cancel/reject the order in any situation.
.If client cancel/reject order due to any reason after signing order form, advance will be not refunded or transferred in any case and balance payment has to be paid by client.
.Client must work on software continuously to help us to remove the errors for making a good product. If client delayed the software installation/delivery due to any reason, then client has to pay full payment at the time of  delivery/installation date.
.If client delayed the payment after delivery/installation for more than 10 days, 02% interest will be charged monthly on the balance amount.
.User must have Internet connection. Because of some time problem can be removed by e-mails & online chat support on our web site http://www.sihitech.com
.We will give free error removal not the modification by Internet or By remote access system.
.If user wants onsite service, User has to pay extra cost for it in advance.
.After three months of installation date, SIHI-TECH. will provide  AMC & it will be decided by mutual understanding between user and SIHI-TECH., but it will be equal or greater than 30% of project’s total cost. AMC will be applicable automatically after one year of order date, and client has to pay AMC in advance for every upcoming year.

.Client does not have any right on the source code of website also on software developed by SIHI-TECH. for any client. Making copy of Source code for personal or business use is Illegal and against the copyright law of source code. Source Code of all Software & Website developed by SIHI-TECH. for any client is only sole property of SIHI-TECH. and SIHI-TECH. have rights related to source code.
.SIHI-TECH. have all rights to block software & website, if client does not make payment till due date.
